**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Road Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for undertaking scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks on our roads, footpaths, and drainage network.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform skilled and specialist tasks associated with the maintenance of Council's roads, footpaths, and drainage network.
  • Operate minor equipment and machinery associated with various works tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete various organisational forms.
  • Control public at worksites.
  • Manage work orders in SAP via a mobile device (iPad).

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with others in a manner conducive to creating a cooperative team environment.
  • Sound physical health to enable you to satisfactorily perform the physically demanding duties of this position.
  • Effective numeracy and literacy skills commensurate with the requirements of the position.
  • MR drivers' licence (Mandatory).
  • General Construction Induction (white/blue) card (Mandatory).
  • Experience in maintenance and/or construction operations.
