HR Professional Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution while supporting both operational HR functions and employee relations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage employment contracts, variation letters, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide timely advice on People & Culture queries and assist with system-related activities.
- Support workplace investigations and contribute to a positive, compliant workplace culture.
- Assist with employee relations and industrial relations matters, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, internal policies, and relevant awards.
- Contribute to engagement initiatives, internal communications, and training programs.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in an HR role.
- Exposure to ER / IR matters and workplace investigations.
- Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act and relevant awards (or willingness to develop).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in aged care, health, or community services is highly regarded.
