The State of Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Cultural Capability Officer. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the cultural capability of the organization and supporting the sector's workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Cultural Capability training to the workforce, utilizing existing resources and frameworks.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Queensland Health Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Capability Framework 2010 – 2033.
  • Support the implementation outcomes of the Children's Health Queensland Health Equity Strategy.
