About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director to lead our Safety Programs team and drive the delivery of projects to meet our agreed-upon scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Project Managers and Coordinators to deliver Safety Programs.
  • Actively communicate and manage expectations with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Coach, support, and develop the team to ensure projects are delivered while encouraging innovation, curiosity, and problem-solving.
  • Identify and align the capability, time, and effort needed to execute the delivery of projects and programs.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and deliverables to deliver project outcomes within time-boxed periods.
  • Determine cost estimates for project resources and manage costs, forecasts, and actuals using appropriate frameworks and governance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in defining, implementing, and maintaining a Project Delivery function.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in defining project management methodologies and supporting metrics to drive best practices and results.
  • Previous experience leading large and diverse teams.
  • Construction industry experience/knowledge - desired.
