Job Summary:
The position of Administrative Coordinator is open for applications. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating tasks to optimize operational efficiency
- Liaising with customers and drivers to provide assistance where required
- Conducting daily debriefs with Drivers
- Fostering a culture of safety and communication within the team
- Preparing and submitting reports as per regulatory requirements
- Responding promptly to operational issues in the field
- Providing support to customer service and operations teams
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- A background in administration and logistics would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience with SAP would be highly beneficial
- A strong focus on health and safety
