CSSD Team Leader

As a CSSD Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient processing and supply of Operating Room instruments, equipment, and items. You will supervise a team of professionals working with state-of-the-art surgical technology, including robotics, and collaborating with high-calibre surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support CSSD staff to meet priorities and standards
  • Monitor processing activities according to Aus/NZ187 standards and manufacturer guidelines
  • Delegate workload and manage decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilizing processes
  • Maintain efficient use and maintenance of department equipment and materials

This is an opportunity to grow in a supportive environment where patient care is paramount. If you have a Certificate III in Sterilisation Services (or equivalent), with at least three years' experience in a hospital CSSD setting, we encourage you to apply.
