Role Overview

The Product Specialist will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using advanced surgical technology.

This is an opportunity to become a key clinical partner in advancing orthopaedic surgery through the application of cutting-edge robotic technology, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and improving quality of care.

  • Serve as the in-theatre expert for procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries, enhancing precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation, streamlining the treatment process.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements.
  • Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
