Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Strategic Skills Manager. This position plays a pivotal part in elevating the capability of the commercial sales, marketing and leadership team.
The Strategic Skills Manager is responsible for embedding industry leading skills across the organisation, equipping the sales and marketing team with advanced commercial and consultative abilities, and enabling leaders with impactful coaching practices.
- Design, tailor, deliver, and reinforce training programs to equip the sales and marketing team with essential commercial skills.
- Provide ongoing education and coaching to people leaders on effective coaching methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business strategy and market needs.
- Create frameworks for ongoing reinforcement and sustainment of commercial capability principles.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
- Favorable Area of Study: Science, Business, Education
- Favorable Related Industry Experience: Medical Devices: Sales, Education, or Marketing
- Desirable Skills: Industry knowledge, adult education strategies and frameworks
