This full-time position offers you the opportunity to combine operational expertise with people management. You will be responsible for driving smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our frontline team members, and building lasting relationships with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of staff rosters, balancing operational requirements with fair and consistent shift patterns.
- Mentor, train, and support frontline team members to deliver high-quality work.
- Be a trusted after-hours point of contact in a shared on-call system.
- Build strong partnerships with clients, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication across staff, clients, and subcontractors.
- Support performance management processes with fairness and professionalism.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute fresh ideas that enhance our team's capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in workforce coordination, rostering, or operations management.
- A background in the security industry or similar fast-paced, service-driven environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
- Familiarity with shift-based workforce systems and scheduling tools.
- Confidence with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- The ability to work independently, including after-hours when required.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
