Job Title: Financial Accountant About the Role:

This position is a key part of our organisation's financial management team, requiring a skilled and experienced accounts professional to manage debtor accounts and perform various financial duties.

  • Manage all debtor accounts, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations are performed on a daily basis.
  • Perform debt collection activities, including contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices and following up with disputes.
  • Process and allocate all debtors' receipts on a daily basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly debtors ageing reports and monthly financial close procedures.
  • Reconcile customers' invoices and accounts, as well as suppliers' statements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts role, preferably in a similar position.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are essential for this role.
