About the Role

The Metropolitan North Region is seeking a skilled Corporate Services Professional to provide a range of services across human resource, financial, and facilities management functions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Undertake work across a broad range of corporate services activities to support the region's operations.
  • Advise regional employees on human resource, financial, and facilities management issues to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Implement initiatives and priorities related to corporate services within the region to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor corporate service activities to identify areas for development and compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Maintain and enhance administrative systems and processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports, submissions, and briefing material on human resource, financial, and facilities management issues to inform business decisions.
  • Foster a culture of flexibility and continuous improvement in service delivery to meet the evolving needs of the region.
  • Oversee the maintenance and supply of office equipment and consumable stock to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with regional employees and stakeholders. They will also have a high level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or public administration, is highly desirable.
