Job Overview:

The position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Corporate Services Officer presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional seeking a high-impact role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This pivotal position requires discretion, agility, and a proactive mindset. As a talented individual, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, spanning diary and travel coordination, expense management, project assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Corporate Services division.

  • Provide proactive, strategic project support and general administrative support
  • Support the discharge of financial accountabilities and compliance with various financial systems and processes
  • Oversee inbox and document management, ensuring timely communication and filing accuracy
  • Manage the Chief Corporate Services officer's complex diary, travel, and meeting arrangements that will also traverse time zones
  • Prepare documentation required for briefings, ensuring all resources are prepared ahead of meetings
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement changes that enhance experience and efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Provide general office and facilities support where required

  • Experience supporting a senior executive is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
