Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front-of-House professional to deliver exceptional service to visitors, clients, and staff.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing a seamless and welcoming experience for all occupants of our corporate site.

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and care
  • Deliver a seamless and welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Support day-to-day workplace operations including mail, access, and floor coordination
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for all occupants
  • Assist with event support and workplace service requests
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service in a professional setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a polished, corporate presentation
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player mindset with a proactive attitude
