We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with patients and their families, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' readiness for surgery, providing clear and compassionate education to them and their families, and ensuring safe and attentive care during the immediate post-operative period.

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Current AHPRA registration and at least 2 years of experience in a surgical centre/day surgery or in admissions/discharge within a fast-paced acute care environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, Monday to Friday, across a rotating roster (no weekends, nights, or public holidays).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with patients and their families.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy, especially in high-pressure or sensitive situations.
- A collaborative approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care.
We are committed to supporting your transition into the role, providing two orientation days, access to a dedicated educator, and ongoing support from a Team Mentor.
