Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

About this Role:

  • This is a customer-focused opportunity to deliver exceptional service and support to individuals in need of healthcare solutions.

Duties:

  • You will be responsible for providing assistance to customers, responding to their inquiries, and helping them resolve issues related to their therapy needs.
  • Offer setup, ongoing support, and equipment to ensure high-quality therapy is maintained.
  • Fitting customers for masks and recommending the most suitable one based on provided training.
  • Advise customers on the safe and effective use of medical equipment.
  • Generate sales by promoting new or additional services over the phone, following up on trials and testing results to drive conversions.
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented retail environment.
  • Handle payments, balance floats, and bank transactions accurately.
  • Oversee trial and sales stock levels, reordering as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment.
  • Able to provide outstanding reception duties and exhibit compassion under pressure.
  • Possess strong communication skills with an ability to adapt.
  • An active listener capable of resolving customer concerns efficiently.
  • No prior healthcare retail experience is required; we offer comprehensive training.
