Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise in maintaining our products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing customer issues, performing repairs, and ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards.

  • Provide detailed technical findings and customer concerns to the relevant teams through appropriate channels.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to determine the cause of issues and perform repairs with precision.
  • Ensure all repairs meet our quality standards and are free from defects.
  • Gather all relevant information to confirm that required work has been completed correctly.
  • Take ownership of issues throughout the repair process and guarantee quality upon completion.
  • Promote customer satisfaction with the service provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, with a strong technical skillset.
  • Proficiency in using power and hand tools to conduct repairs and maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical circuits to support troubleshooting and service tasks.
  • Enthusiastic and committed, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
