Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to manage delivery scheduling, provide vehicle handovers, and coordinate various administrative tasks within multiple systems.

As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating delivery or collection arrangements for customers, ensuring a thorough and professional service is provided, and managing administration and coordination tasks across different systems.

You will also track and order inventory for the team, demonstrate adaptability and confidence in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks based on initiative.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using different systems, with CRM or DMS experience being an advantage
  • Flexible availability with some weekends required
