A customer-focused role where you will spend 80% of your time on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and promoting our Hello Member program to drive engagement and create meaningful relationships with customers.
This position involves collaborating with the store Visual team to create an inspiring customer experience, training and developing a Sales Advisor team through feedback and coaching, and actively promoting our sustainability vision to both team members and customers.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to delegate and provide straightforward feedback, strong organizational skills, and the motivation to drive ambitions and reach business goals.
