Job Description:

Shaping and Managing Global and Regional Email Campaign Strategy

As the Lead Lifecycle Campaign Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing our global and regional email campaign strategy. You will monitor contact frequency, email engagement, and opt-out to help drive meaningful and relevant customer interactions and experiences while supporting core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor contact frequency, email engagement, and opt-out to drive meaningful and relevant customer interactions and experiences.
  • Support core business objectives by shaping and managing our global and regional email campaign strategy.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and align on objectives and priorities.
  • Provide campaign guidance that balances stakeholder needs with best practice and customer experience.
  • Partner with the Marketing Automation Team Lead to establish and monitor end-to-end customer communications.

What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of the entire customer communications calendar, operating as the 'front door' for all internal direct communications requests.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, putting customers at the core of everything you do.
  • Guide and coordinate cross-functional programs across multiple internal teams to ensure cohesive and seamless campaign planning and delivery.
  • Regularly communicate results and program status updates, owning the outcome and effectively flagging risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Background and Experience:

  • A background in Email Marketing &/or Digital Campaign Planning.
  • A strong understanding of email marketing as a channel, engagement metrics, and best practice.
  • Natural ability to manage timelines, drive operational efficiency, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively, balancing customer experience with delivering business objectives.
