We are a fast-growing Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) SaaS business providing world-class enterprise risk management, compliance, training, and advisory services worldwide.

The opportunity

As we expand globally, we're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to drive the execution and optimization of our email programs. You'll create targeted campaigns that drive lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversions.

You will oversee outbound sales cadences in Apollo, improving performance, consistency, and content quality. Working closely with demand generation, marketing operations, and sales, you'll ensure all emails align with our brand, audience needs, and performance goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Email campaign planning and execution
  • Building and deploying email campaigns including newsletters, nurture journeys, webinar promotions
  • Ensuring seamless journeys across marketing (HubSpot) and sales (Apollo) from a content perspective and optimized for lead progression
Tech Skills:

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in email marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot and understanding of email automation
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms
