As we continue to grow globally, we're seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to lead the execution and optimisation of our email programmes. You will create targeted, high-performing campaigns that drive lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of email marketing principles and practices, as well as experience working with sales engagement platforms such as Apollo. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential for crafting compelling email content that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and deploying email campaigns, including newsletters, nurture journeys, and webinar promotions
  • Ensuring seamless journeys across marketing and sales, with a focus on content alignment and lead progression
  • Managing global email calendars and coordinating campaign timelines with key stakeholders
  • Creating and maintaining automated workflows within HubSpot to nurture leads and move prospects through the funnel

Sales Cadence Oversight:

  • Overseeing and reviewing Apollo sales email cadences to ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging consistency, and campaign objectives
  • Analysing cadence performance
  • Collaborating with sales and enablement teams to improve the quality, structure, and effectiveness of outbound communications

Optimising & Best Practices:

  • Staying current on industry trends, platform updates, and email marketing best practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot and understanding of email automation
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
