Job Description

To shape and manage global email campaign strategies, driving meaningful customer interactions while supporting core business objectives.

  • Own the customer communications calendar, operating as the 'front door' for all internal direct communications requests.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, prioritizing customers and making decisions based on information and expertise.
  • Guide cross-functional programs to ensure cohesive campaign planning and delivery.
  • Maintain the master email comms/contact calendar, ensuring visibility across lifecycle and promotional sends.
  • Continually monitor and optimize global and regional campaign schedules.
  • Establish guidance and content frameworks for stakeholders and marketing automation specialists.
  • Develop a tiered framework to standardize response to email campaign briefs.
  • Support the marketing automation team in amplifying email campaign learnings and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in Email Marketing &/or Digital Campaign Planning.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and best practices.
  • Natural ability to manage timelines and drive operational efficiency.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and balance customer experience with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex stakeholder-led initiatives.
