Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the efficient running of event staging services within venues.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and venue staff to ensure successful client relations and smooth event execution.
- Provide expert guidance on audio-visual equipment, digital options, and necessary crew to best meet client presentation needs.
- Maintain and disseminate accurate crew rosters and schedules.
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth in applicable venues.
- Pursue continuous operational improvements.
- Offer coaching and mentoring to develop individual and team capability.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in events or sales environments.
- Relevant knowledge of audio-visual technologies.
- Strong planning, organisational, time management, and account management skills.
- Solid business acumen and a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to build meaningful business relationships.
- Experience in rostering and cost management.
- Qualification in hospitality or events highly regarded.
