Wedding Event Coordinator Job Description

The role of a Wedding Event Coordinator is to deliver exceptional weddings and events, while managing and developing client relationships from file handover to event day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and produce events
  • Facilitate client requests where possible
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Coordinate third-party suppliers
  • Provide accurate event orders
  • Be present on large production events
  • Prepare permits and licensing documents
  • Manage wedding events in venues or hospitality groups
  • Experience managing wedding clients, suppliers and delivery on the day
  • Attention to detail and operational understanding
  • Client/customer focus, friendly and welcoming attitude

Benefits:

  • Full-Time Permanent Role working on a Tuesday-Saturday roster
  • Salary $65,000 - $75,000 plus super

Requirements:
