About the Role

Marsh is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our Professionals team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and managing a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance of effective working relationships with insurers and clients.
  • Provide assistance in all aspects of client service and assisting with the management of a small portfolio of accounts, ensuring high quality customer service.
  • Maintain the up-to-date management of databases, information systems and organisation company records.
  • Liaise with Operations Team to process invoicing and related policy documentation.
  • Prepare information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings.
Requirements
  • Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 2 plus years preferable.
  • Completed Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to learn new skills and concepts.
