State Facilities Management Leader

As the leader of a state-wide facilities management team, you will oversee the installation, servicing and maintenance of facilities across multiple contracts.

This role requires extensive travel throughout the state and involves managing contractual obligations, driving business growth and fostering a high-performing team that delivers efficient maintenance services.

You will ensure services are delivered according to specifications, Australian standards and best practices while maintaining a strong safety culture. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing resources, subcontractors and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, with a strong background in service delivery, installation and maintenance. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sharp troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
