Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring food products
  • Execute cooking techniques and methods under the guidance of senior chefs, using skills such as grilling, frying, baking, sautéing, and more
  • Follow established recipes and instructions for the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Assist in the assembly and plating of dishes, ensuring they meet the established standards for portion size and presentation

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for food, excellent teamwork and communication skills, physical stamina, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Essential Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Cookery, Previous experience in a luxury 5-star environment, Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
