We are seeking an experienced finance professional to take on a senior role in our accounts payable team.

This position involves leading and supporting the AP function, ensuring invoices, payments, and expense claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the AP team to achieve high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and expenses as required, while maintaining accurate records and managing supplier relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with GST principles and internal controls, and providing assistance with AP reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Certificate IV or higher in Accounting/Finance.
  • 2–5 years' experience in AP, including supervisory exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes, GST principles, and accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and a 'can-do' attitude.
