Corporate Finance Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate finance or a background in business advisory with an interest in financial modeling and strategic business advice.

About the Opportunity

We work closely with some of South Australia's most iconic businesses, specialising in areas such as assisting with financial due diligence, financial modelling, and strategic business advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Sales and Acquisitions
  • Conducting Business Valuations
  • Developing Robust Financial Models
  • Supporting Strategic Business Investigations and Analysis
  • Preparing Covenant Reporting to Commercial Banks
  • Providing Insightful Advice
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline
  • Approximately 3 years' experience in an accounting role
  • CA qualified or working towards CA qualifications
  • Proficient in using MS Office Excel and best practice modeling skills
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements
  • Display a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and conscientiousness
  • Strong collaborative skills with your team and clients, and a dedicated work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
  • Ability to analyse information and figures to formulate a solution
