We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support and service to our customers, while contributing to the success of our business.
- Provide world-class customer support and service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software, preferably Salesforce
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
