As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers will ensure a positive experience from initial interaction to repair completion.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent sales skills, identifying opportunities for new business and renewals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role
  • Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey, and assist with customer mobility needs.
  • Proactively review, monitor, and communicate to customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
