We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as an Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in driving continual improvement across all aspects of our operations, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions with our support agents to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure a unified understanding of excellence across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Conduct deep dives to analyze gaps in our processes and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in Operations, retail, or banking/finance is preferred.
- Previous QA experience is highly regarded.
