**Job Summary**
Highly motivated Customer Service Specialist required to ensure high level of customer satisfaction both in person and over the phone. Key performance indicators (KPI's) must be achieved while maintaining stock control and asset management.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed KPI's and financial targets while managing stock levels and assets effectively.
**Requirements**
