As an expert concierge, you will shape memorable workplace experiences for employees and stakeholders alike. Collaborating closely with key individuals, you will master various tasks such as access control, meeting room coordination, mail management, and event support.

You will serve as the vital first impression and problem-solver, fostering meaningful relationships with all stakeholders. Whether it's delivering exceptional customer service or coordinating logistical tasks, your attention to detail and multitasking skills will be invaluable assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain rapport with employees and external partners
  • Conduct comprehensive building orientations and provide remote support to regional offices
  • Efficiently manage meeting room bookings and setups
  • Offer comprehensive reception services, including visitor management and correspondence handling
  • Oversee daily mail operations, package management, and office inventory
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, work orders, and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and office operations
  • Act as key liaison for all catering and event-related queries
  • Support HR processes for onboarding and assist with fleet management, offsite storage, and mobile phone administrations
  • Maintain office safety standards

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing industries, such as hospitality or retail
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
  • Expert multitasking capabilities, with strong prioritization and scheduling skills
  • A genuine eagerness to develop and grow professionally
