Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Concierge operations. As a dynamic and charismatic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our Concierge team and ensuring seamless service delivery that exceeds guest expectations.

About the Role
  • Lead and support all Concierge operations in the absence of the Chief Concierge.
  • Supervise the Wheels team, main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, and courier/postal dispatching.
  • Champion our Whatever/Whenever culture by creating personalized and memorable experiences for every guest.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to anticipate guest needs and deliver an exceptional, tailor-made stay.
  • Maintain a service philosophy that inspires and guides your team to excellence.
