Concierge Support Specialists

This festive season, we are seeking friendly and reliable team members to support our car park, concierge, and valet services across various locations in Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences and can bring their energy and passion to the role. As a Concierge Support Specialist, you will be the friendly face of the centre and play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

Your key duties as a concierge support specialist will include:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
  • Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promoting and selling gift cards and other services

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be available to work shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
