We are currently seeking highly motivated and organised professionals to fill various temporary assignments in Northern NSW. This role involves maintaining personnel files, scheduling interviews, and coordinating employee training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for HR management team
  • Assist with recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Coordinate employee training programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
