Job Description Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated sales professional to join our team.
As a key member of the sales department, you will collaborate closely with the DOS and senior leaders to promote resort products and services.
Your role involves coordinating within the sales team to meet collective sales goals and maximize revenue through industry best practices and innovative techniques.
You will assist in developing new sales strategies to enhance awareness of our offerings among new and existing customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE Drive sales in the Leisure and Luxury sectors.
Research and secure new business opportunities within these market segments.
Assist the DOS in preparing budgets, sales activities, strategies, and plans.
Follow up on major sales leads, maintaining an effective tracking system to convert potential and lapsed business.
Liaise with the Accor Global/National Sales Team to identify and target clients from the existing customer base.
Provide regular reports on progress and ROI for target accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster repeat business and loyalty.
Identify organizations and individuals that can benefit from the resort's sales activities and organize familiarization trips to promote awareness, ensuring follow-up on ROI.
Maximize revenue through cross-selling and upselling property products, including restaurants, spa, and other outlets.
