Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an inclusive master data governance framework across diverse systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in data quality and processes.
  • Manage master data requests, oversee data cleansing, and drive remediation efforts to guarantee data integrity.
  • Define and enforce data standards, validation rules, and KPIs to guarantee precision and reliability.
  • Promote automation initiatives for master data creation and maintenance, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual errors.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data governance, data management, or business systems, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transport businesses.
  • Previous experience with TMS, WMS, ERP, and freight forwarding systems is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership or team coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple geographies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise logistics systems and large datasets is essential.
