As a critical business enabler, we seek an Enterprise Master Data Lead to oversee the integrity, consistency, and governance of master data across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and complete master data records across domains, including assets, equipment, vendors, and materials.
  • Define and implement data quality rules, validation logic, and exception handling routines to enhance data trustworthiness and minimize manual rework.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, and Digital teams to resolve root cause issues and remediate master data problems.
  • Support the deployment and optimization of data governance tools and frameworks, encompassing metadata catalogs, data quality dashboards, and stewardship workflows.
  • Act as the enterprise subject matter expert for master data structure, processes, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification or formal training in SAP Master Data Management is highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing and maintaining SAP master data in complex, multi-domain environments.
