We're seeking a Change Experience Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding and designing change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and transformations for our clients.

You will be responsible for leading design initiatives that prioritize user needs, behaviors, and experiences, working closely with stakeholders to develop and execute change experience strategies.

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored change experience strategies and delivery plans.
  • Design and facilitate experiences, workshops and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
