About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cluster Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new group catering opportunities, working with operational disciplines to market the property and sell conferences, meetings and event spaces, and executing photo shoots and brand activations to optimize all hotel marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new group catering opportunities
  • Work with operational disciplines to market the property and sell conferences, meetings and event spaces
  • Prepare detailed proposals and contracts tailored to client requirements
  • Execute photo shoots and brand activations to optimize hotel marketing channels
  • Plan and conduct high-end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion
  • Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience
  • Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
  • Act as a Marriott ambassador and promote awareness of the hotel
About You
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Highly polished verbal and written communication skills
