The Senior Advertising Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships across the Pedestrian Group's portfolio of brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join the Nine Entertainment team and contribute to the company's commercial success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the media and advertising industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative and effective advertising solutions that meet client needs and drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify new revenue streams and opportunities for growth.
- Manage and track sales pipeline and account activities with 100% accuracy.
- Source, close, and grow new and existing business to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Pedestrian Group's offerings and products, and their place in the industry.
- Build relationships with clients at all levels, from media planners to senior executives and heads of departments.
- Create and deliver market-leading pitches across all Pedestrian platforms, including native, video, display, events, and activations.
- Assist the Head of Partnerships with training and coaching of junior staff.
- Proven sales experience in the media and advertising industry, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Outgoing and emotionally intelligent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of media channels, particularly digital content and display.
- Active in industry trade and networking events, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
