Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Business Partner to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As an EHS Business Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess hazardous workplace conditions and take preliminary samples and measurements of hazardous forces and toxic substances.
  • Remove hazards and/or protect employees by guarding, revising work procedures, and training or requiring the use of protective clothing and personal protective equipment.
  • Ensure that workplace conditions comply with applicable federal and state occupational safety and health standard provisions of any labor agreement, and prepare and maintain all required records.
  • Participate in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections and procedures that may follow a citation.
  • Investigate, prepare, and forward reports on injuries and fatalities, and conduct safe work procedures training courses.
