About the Role

Roc Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the energy market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the energy market
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
