Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to build and preserve a valued portfolio of corporate partners for our organization. This role is full-time, permanent, and based in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of highly valued corporate donors
  • Secure financial donations from new prospects and existing donors
  • Build effective partnerships
  • Drive engagement strategies to optimize financial support
  • Develop mutually beneficial cause-related/shared value proposals
  • Implement moves management plans specific to donors' interests, motivations, and giving patterns
  • Meet and exceed fundraising revenue targets
About the Role:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in relationship building, donor stewardship, and networking skills
  • Solid knowledge of fundraising best practices and principles
  • Demonstrated history in securing financial asks and business development
  • Exceptional communication skills for articulating compelling stories and the impact of gifts
  • Proven experience in pitching and presenting to senior executives
  • Solid writing and communication skills for proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Outstanding negotiating and influencing skills
  • A professional attitude, and impeccable presentation
  • Self-motivation and determination to drive results
