Responsibilities

• Ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
• Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.
• Contribute to achieving outstanding outcomes for children through reflective practice and collaboration.

You'll need

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• Active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
