About the Opportunity- Oversight of daily operations, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance.
- Leadership and mentorship of your team to deliver exceptional programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
- Building strong relationships with families and fostering a sense of community and trust.
- Collaboration with directors to meet enrolment, occupancy, and quality goals.
- Management of staffing, resources, and ensuring all regulatory and WHS requirements are met.
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
- Experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting.
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and A&R preparation.
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
