As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Gateshead

A nurturing environment with a capacity of 86-places where Goodstart Gateshead caters to children across Nursey, Toddlers and Kindergarten/Preschool rooms. The centre features age-appropriate indoor and outdoor play spaces.

• Diversify your daily routine in a floating position where you'll be supporting the team across different rooms.
• Lead a guide a team of 20+ Early Childhood Professionals in the centre.
• Enjoy working in a rotating roster during the centre's operational hours from 7am - 6pm.

You'll need:

• Bachelor in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Teacher Accreditation (NESA)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check

If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we'd love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
