About the Role

Eaton is a leading provider of intelligent power management solutions dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and protecting the environment. Our Circuit Protection and Controls (CPC) Division is seeking a driven and passionate Territory Sales Manager to grow and maintain business across Electrical Wholesalers, Distributors, Board Builders, OEMs, Contractors, and End-Users in New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a territory plan to maximize time versus effort and deliver profitable sales
  • Identify and target new customers and opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Strengthen Eaton's product and brand awareness in the market
  • Understand products, market segments, and competitive positioning to provide input into strategic growth initiatives and business planning
  • Respond to customer enquiries with high-level customer service
  • Educate customers on Eaton's product offering and value proposition through tradeshows, industry events, and other channels
  • Provide quotes in conjunction with approved pricing structures
  • Work in a team environment to achieve individual sales targets for the territory and collectively achieve national sales and profitability targets
Requirements
  • Electrical Trade Certificate (Desirable)
  • 3-5 years of account management or sales experience
  • Electrical knowledge and experience in automation or power distribution
